Fellow Travelers

Ok, here's all the pictures we took of our fellow passengers as we explored Turkey.   These have not been organized in any manner, they are more or less arranged as we took them.  If there's an order to the pictures, it will be that they are consecutive - that is - they pretty much match the trip as it went along, on a day-by-day basis.

This initial set is the trip and the set that follows is the farewell party.  Again, the organization is nil, they're in the order in which they were taken.

Below see the only minor gaffe.  This, of course, involved the picture of our guide Hakan Basar and our driver Sedat Karagot I think Jackie and I reflect the feeling of the majority, if not all, of those on this trip that they were both extraordinary.   However, I'm left with a bit of a sour taste in my mouth regarding them.  I wrote what thought to be a very complementary letter to Gate 1 regarding the quality of there two men.  I copied the Ministry of Tourism, as well as Hakan and Sedat.   I never heard from either.

The "Peas A Pod"

With many Thanks to Lynda South, here are to only pictures, of which I'm aware, of out entire group - as Hakan would say, "My little peas a pod."  I'm very thankful to Lynda for sharing the pictures and hope you get as much enjoyments looking at the faces and remembering stories with each, as Jackie and I did.

So here you are, part one, the trip:

(A few of these were taken to remember specific people or an occasion.  The remainder happened to catch some of us quite incidentally.  Sorry for the quality and lack of specificity as to any of you as a subject.  The size and pixels, dpi, were edited for display on the Internet.  If you wish a particular picture, tell me and I'll send you an "original".)

And here you are, part two, the farewell party:

(These pictures are pretty awful!  I hadn't really planned to take any at the party and maybe I shouldn't have.  Sorry about the quality.)
